Poland Lower House Considers Bill on Implementation Deadline for Mandatory VAT E-Invoicing System for Micro-Entrepreneurs

The Polish lower house of parliament (Sejm) Feb. 13 accepted for consideration Bill No. 2321/2026, on the implementation deadline for the mandatory national VAT e-invoicing system (KSeF), for specified micro-entrepreneurs. The bill includes measures to: 1) allow, from April 1, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2027, micro-entrepreneurs required to issue structured invoices to issue electronic or paper invoices; and 2) extend the period, to Dec. 31, 2027, from Dec. 31, 2026, allowing micro-entrepreneurs required to issue structured invoices to issue electronic or paper invoices using cash registers.
