Poland Lower House Considers Bill to Extend Zero Percent VAT Rate on Specified Food Products

The Polish lower house of parliament (Sejm) April 2 accepted for consideration Bill No. 323, to extend the zero percent VAT rate to Dec. 31 for specified food products. The bill also includes measures to exclude imported goods from the zero-percent VAT Rate. The measures would be applicable from April 15. [Poland, Sejm, 04/02/24]
