The Polish Ministry of Finance June 24 announced the extension of transfer pricing documentation deadlines due to the coronavirus pandemic. The announcement extends the local transfer pricing documentation preparation deadline: 1) to Dec. 31 for periods ending between March 31 and Sept. 30; 2) by three months for periods ending between Oct. 1, 2020, and Jan. 31, 2021. The announcement also extends the deadline to attach group transfer pricing documentation by three months from the extended preparation deadlines. [Poland, Department of Finance, 06/24/20]
