The Polish Ministry of Finance June 28 opened a consultation on two draft bills to amend various tax regulations. The draft bills include measures that would: 1) extend transfer pricing regulations to various entities; 2) allow for the cancellation, withdrawal, and correction of transfer pricing information forms; 3) allow deadline extensions for local transfer pricing documentation submissions; 4) implement a temporary and voluntary income tax repatriation regime for qualified taxpayers; 5) provide a 50 percent deduction for specific taxpayers; 6) introduce a favorable tax regime for entities or individuals who transfer their tax residence to Poland; and 7) provide benefits ...
