Poland Prime Minister Announces Adoption of Proposed Increases to 2027 Monthly, Hourly Minimum Wage Rates

The Polish Prime Minister’s Office June 9 announced that the Council of Ministers has adopted proposed increases to the monthly and hourly minimum wage rates, from Jan. 1, 2027. The proposal includes measures to increase to: 1) 4,950 Polish zlotys (US$1,344.45), from 4,806 zlotys (US$1,305.33), the monthly minimum wage rate; and 2) 32.30 zlotys (US$8.77), from 31.40 zlotys (US$8.53), the hourly minimum wage rate for certain civil law contracts.
