Poland Tax Agency Explains Electronic Filing for Income Tax Declarations

The Polish National Revenue Administration Feb. 14 explained the procedure to file tax declarations electronically. The explanation includes: 1) starting Feb. 15 tax declarations may be submitted electronically; 2) the May 2 deadline to file the PIT-36 declaration; 3) the Feb. 28 deadline to file the PIT-28 declaration; 4) steps for filing declarations electronically; 5) tax refunds will be granted within 45 days in case of overpayment, if electronically submitted; and 6) the procedure to apply for specified tax deductions.
