Portugal Gazettes Law Authorizing Partial Transposition of VAT Rate Directive

The Portuguese Official Gazette Feb. 17 published Law No. 11/2025, authorizing amendments to the VAT Code and special regime for second-hand goods, artwork, collectibles, and antiques, to partially transpose EU Directive 2022/542 on VAT rates.
