Cologne public prosecutor’s office is investigating several former employees at Hamburg Commercial Bank, formerly known as HSH Nordbank, in connection with so-called cum-ex trading, Handelsblatt reports, without saying where it got the information from.
- HSH Nordbank came into focus as part of a criminal case against two British traders heard at a court in Bonn
- Hamburg Commercial Bank spokesman Mirko Wollrab couldn’t immediately comment when reached by Bloomberg
