Puerto Rico Tax Agency Further Extends 2021 Individual Property Tax Return Filing Deadline

The Puerto Rican Municipal Center of Revenue Collection Oct. 5 issued Administrative Order No. 2022-007, further extending the deadline to Dec. 15 from Nov. 22 for filing 2021 individual property tax returns by taxpayers with a turnover equal to or greater than 3 million dollars. The current extension is granted due to the declaration of a state of emergency following Hurricane Fiona. The order takes effect the same date.
