Romania Gazettes Order Amending Reduced VAT Rate for Specified Agricultural Products, Services

The Romanian Official Gazette Sept. 23 published Order No. 1,515/313, amending the reduced VAT rate on agricultural products and services. The order includes measures increasing to 11 percent from 9 percent the reduced VAT rate for supplies of: 1) fertilizers and pesticides used in agricultural production, and seeds and other agricultural products intended for sowing or planting; and 2) services normally used in agricultural production.
