Romania Gazettes Ordinance Implementing DAC7 EU Directive on AEOI for Digital Platform Operators

The Romanian Official Gazette Jan. 31 published Ordinance No. 16/2023, amending the fiscal procedure code to implement EU Council Directive 2021/514, on the mandatory automatic exchange of financial account information (AEOI) for digital platform operators (DAC7).
