Romania MOF Announces November 2025 Tax-Free Interest Rates for FIDELIS Bonds

The Romanian Ministry of Public Finance Oct. 31 announced that the 10th edition of FIDELIS government bonds for individuals will occur between Nov. 7 and 14. The announcement includes that: 1) the tax-free interest rates for two-, four-, and six-year bonds in Romanian lei are 6.95 percent, 7.35 percent, and 7.7 percent, respectively; 2) the tax-free interest rates for three-, five-, and 10-year bonds in euros are 3.9 percent, 5 percent, and 6.3 percent, respectively; 3) specified blood donors can benefit from a special portion of FIDELIS bonds issued in lei, with a two-year maturity and 7.95 percent interest rate; ...
