Russia-Belarus Agreement on General Principles of Indirect Taxation Enters Into Force

The Russian Official Gazette Feb. 2 announced that the agreement on the general principles of taxation for indirect taxes with Belarus, signed Oct. 3, 2022, entered into force Jan. 31, 2023. [Russia, Government Legal Database, 02/02/23]
