Russia Gazettes Decree Amending List of Technological Process Equipment Exempt From VAT on Import

The Russian Official Gazette July 19 published Decree No. 1296, expanding the list of technological process equipment analogues which are exempt from import VAT. The decree expands the exemption to include equipment of the gas chemical complex, specifically, the ethane-containing gas processing complex. The decree enters into force July 20.
