Russia Gazettes Decree Amending List of VAT-Exempt Technological Equipment Imported Into Russia

The Russian Official Gazette Oct. 16 published Decree No. 1711, amending the list of technological equipment exempt from VAT on import that lack equivalents made in Russia. The exemption also applies to components and spare parts. The decree enters into force the same date. [Russia, Government Legal Database, 10/16/23]
