Russia Gazettes Resolution on Approval of Products Eligible for 10 Percent VAT Rate

The Russian Official Gazette Dec. 19 published Resolution No. 1816/2024, on the approval of products subject to the 10 percent VAT rate under: 1) the All-Russian Classifier of Products by Types of Economic Activity; and 2) the unified Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, when imported into Russian territories. The resolution takes effect from Jan. 1, 2025, and generally enters into force Jan. 19, 2025. [Russia, Government Legal Database, 12/19/24]
