The Russian Official Gazette March 10 published Resolution Nos. 288, 289, and 290, establishing special economic zones (SEZs) of the industrial and production type in three specified regions. The resolutions include measures establishing SEZs in the: 1) Vologda Municipal District of the Vologda Region, based on the regional government’s obligation to construct engineering, transport, social, and other infrastructure by 2027; 2) Serpukhov Urban District of the Moscow Region; and 3) Kochenevsky District of Novosibirsk Oblast and the Novosibirsk District of Novosibirsk Oblast.
