The Russian Federal Tax Service Jan. 30 announced the deadlines for legal entities to file and pay 2024 property taxes. The announcement includes: 1) the Feb. 25 deadline to file 2024 property tax returns; 2) the Feb. 28 deadline to pay 2024 property taxes, including transport and land taxes; 3) a list of supporting documents that legal entities entitled to statutory tax benefits on 2024 property taxes may submit with their tax returns; and 4) that tax benefits may be provided automatically based on taxpayer information, provided that a refusal to apply the tax benefit hasn’t been reported.
