Russia Tax Agency Announces Deadlines for Simplified Zero Tax Declarations

The Russian Federal Tax Service April 10 announced the April 20 filing deadline for simplified tax returns, to replace zero declarations for 2026 Q1 VAT and 2026 income tax, for organizations and individual businesses. The announcement also includes: 1) the Jan. 20, 2027, deadline for simplified tax returns, for the single agricultural tax and simplified tax system; 2) that a single simplified return can be submitted for taxpayers with no bank or cash transactions, and no taxable objects for the tax period; 3) returns have been simplified by removing detailed administrative and classification information from the filing requirements; and 4) ...
