The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs July 25 announced that the DTA and protocol with the United Arab Emirates, signed Feb. 17, enter into force July 18. The DTA and protocol replace the 2011 DTA between the countries upon entry into force. [Russia, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 07/25/25]
