Indian health care services provider Sagility Ltd. plans to contest a tax adjustment in India over the company’s transfer pricing positions, the company told investors Wednesday.
Sagility received a tax adjustment from the Indian tax authority seeking one billion rupees ($10.7 million), including interest, for transfer pricing positions it took in its 2023-24 tax year, according to a financial filing.
