The Saudi General Authority of Zakat and Tax April 28 announced the determination criteria for the fourth wave of the integration phase for e-invoicing requirements. The announcement explains that: 1) the fourth wave begins on Nov. 1 for taxpayers with revenue subject to VAT exceeding exceeding 150 million Saudi riyals (US$40 million) in 2021 or 2022; and 2) the fourth wave requires taxpayers to comply with all e-invoicing requirements, and to integrate and connect their e-invoice solutions and devices with the tax authority’s FATOORA platform.
