Saudi Arabia Tax Agency Announces February 2026 Withholding Tax Declaration Filing Deadline

The Saudi General Authority of Zakat and Tax March 5 announced the March 10 deadline for entities to file February 2026 withholding tax declarations. The announcement includes that: 1) the deadline applies to entities in the country subject to withholding tax on amounts paid to nonresident entities without a permanent establishment (PE) in the country; 2) late payments are subject to a 1 percent penalty on the unpaid tax for every 30 days past the due date; and 3) entities are encouraged to file electronically on the Tax Agency’s website to avoid late payment penalties.
