The Singaporean Official Gazette Feb. 6 published Order No. S 64, amending the list of international tax compliance agreements under the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the Exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) Reports. The amendment adds the agreements with: 1) Cameroon, effective June 11, 2025; and 2) Senegal, effective Dec. 19, 2025. The order enters into force Feb. 9.
