Singapore Gazettes Order Declaring MCAA-CbC With Specified Jurisdictions as International Tax Compliance Agreement

The Singaporean Official Gazette Oct. 24 published Order No. S 813, declaring the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the Exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) Reports as an international tax compliance agreement with Albania and Georgia, effective Oct. 7.
