Singapore Tax Agency Updates List of Participating Jurisdictions Under MCAA-CbC

The Singaporean Inland Revenue Authority March 6 updated the list of participating jurisdictions under the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the Exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) Reports. The updated list includes: 1) Armenia, effective from fiscal year 2025; 2) Montenegro, effective from fiscal year 2024; and 3) Mongolia, Serbia, and Vietnam, effective from the fiscal year beginning Dec. 1, 2023.
