Singapore’s MOF Consults on Proposed Income Taxes Bill

The Ministry of Finance is proposing amendments to the Income Tax Act 1947 and the Multinational Enterprise (Minimum Tax) Act 2024, it says in a statement.

  • The proposed income taxes bill includes 22 amendments covering tax measures announced at Budget 2026, changes arising from MOF’s periodic review of the income tax system, and changes related to the Pillar Two Global Anti-Base Erosion Model Rules
  • Interested parties are invited to provide feedback on the proposed amendments by July 1
