Slovenia will extend deadlines for submitting annual corporate income tax returns by two months, to May 31, under emergency legislation adopted by the Slovenian parliament Friday to deal with the coronavirus crisis. The measure was adopted in a 48 to 10 vote.
The deadline for personal income tax returns will be postponed to Aug. 31.
- Those unable to make tax payments, including tax advances and withholding tax, may be allowed by the tax authority to defer them for up to two years or stagger them in as many as 24 monthly installments.
