The Slovenian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs Jan. 27 announced the submission to the National Assembly of a draft regulation to ratify the addendum to the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (AEOI) under the common reporting standard (CRS), signed by Slovenia Nov. 26, 2024. The regulation would enter into force the day after publication in the Official Gazette. [Slovenia, Government Legal Database, 01/27/26]
