Slovenia MOF Posts Draft Bill on Exchange of Electronic Invoices, Other Electronic Documents

The Slovenian Ministry of Finance Feb. 11 posted online a draft bill on the exchange of electronic invoices and other electronic documents. The draft bill includes measures to: 1) specify that business entities must issue e-invoices to other business entities; 2) allow consumers to voluntarily decide whether to receive e-invoices or paper invoices; 3) explain that when business entities or budget users issue e-invoices to consumers, they must attach a visualized content of the invoice to the e-invoice in PDF, TIFF, or another standard format that allows for insight into the invoice’s content; 4) specify that consumers may revoke their ...
