The Slovenian Government March 15 published updated lists of high-risk countries under anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing rules. The updated list: 1) adds Antigua and Barbuda to the EU delegated regulation list and the joint list of risky countries; 2) removes the Bahamas, the British Virgin Islands, Costa Rica, the Marshall Islands, and Turks and Caicos Islands from the EU delegated regulation list; 3) removes the British Virgin Islands and Turks and Caicos Islands from the joint list of risky countries; and 4) removes the Bahamas, Costa Rica, and the Marshall Islands from the list of non-cooperative tax standards jurisdictions, ...
