Slovenia Tax Agency Announces Deadline to Submit CbC Reports

The Slovenian Financial Administration Oct. 21 announced the Dec. 31 deadline for international groups to submit country-by-country (CbC) reports for the financial year ending Dec. 31, 2024. The announcement also explains that: 1) reporters are required to submit CbC reports via the Tax Agency’s B2B production communication channel; 2) submission instructions may be found online; 3) the Tax Agency will verify the validity of submitted reports; and 4) reporters must register their server certificate before submitting reports.
