Slovenia Tax Agency Updates Guidance on VAT

The Slovenian Financial Administration May 25 updated guidance on VAT rules. The updated topics include: 1) the issuance of VAT invoices in paper or electronic form; 2) information required for the submission of VAT returns; 3) instructions for completing VAT returns; and 4) the procedure and conditions for VAT refunds for passengers traveling overseas.
