South Africa Tax Agency Updates 2023 Interest Rate Tables

The South African Revenue Service July 11 updated interest rate tables, increasing interest rates to: 1) 11.75 percent from 11.25 percent for outstanding taxes and specified tax refunds, effective Sept. 1; and 2) 7.75 percent from 7.25 percent for provisional tax overpayments, effective Sept. 1.
