South Korea Assembly Considers Bill to Partially Amend VAT Act

The South Korean National Assembly Nov. 13 accepted for consideration Bill No. 2205529, to partially amend the VAT Act. The bill includes a measure to exempt VAT on passenger transport services by premium express bus. The bill would enter into force on the date of promulgation.
