South Korea Gazettes Presidential Decree Extending Temporarily Reduced Individual Consumption Tax Rate

The South Korean Official Gazette Aug. 31 published Presidential Decree No. 33693, the Partial Amendment to the Enforcement Decree of the Individual Consumption Tax Act, extending the sunset date to Oct. 31 from Aug. 31 for the temporary reduction of the individual consumption tax rate on specific fuel products due to increased oil prices.
