The South Korean Ministry of Strategy and Finance Feb. 10 opened a consultation on Draft Notice Nos. 2022-35, 2022-36, 2022-37, 2022-40, 2022-41, 2022-42, 2022-45, and 2022-49, to amend various tax laws.
