South Korea’s Tax Office Conducts Audit of Coupang: Yonhap

South Korea’s National Tax Service conducts special audit of Coupang, Yonhap News reports, citing unidentified people in industry.

• The tax office sent ~150 officials to Coupang’s Seoul headquarters and offices of its logistics unit on Monday to secure accounting documents
• The office is also closely examining profit-transferring structures within the group, including Coupang’s parent company in the US
