Spain Gazettes Notice on Scope of Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters

The Spanish Official Gazette June 16 published Notice No. 13029, announcing the May 26 deposit of a notification on the amendment of the declaration to Annex A of the 1988 Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters, as amended by the 2010 protocol. The amendment includes a measure adding the supplementary tax to the list of domestic taxes subject to the Convention. The amendment takes effect Sept. 1.
