Sunak Says U.K. Committed to Consultation on Aviation Tax Reform

Government remains committed to exploring reforms to aviation taxes, Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak tells House of Commons on Tuesday.

  • Asked to consider suspending air passenger duty to help stimulate aviation industry, Sunak says: “at Budget we committed to a consultation on aviation tax reform and we remain committed to that and will bring forward the timing in due course”
