Sweden Parliament Considers Bill to Introduce Reporting, Recordkeeping Requirements for Payment Service Providers

The Swedish Parliament (Riksdag) May 30 accepted for consideration Bill No. 2022/23:121, to transpose EU Directives 2020/283 and 2020/284 as related to introducing payment service provider requirements to combat VAT fraud in cross-border e-commerce.
