Switzerland Gazettes Updated List of Participating Jurisdictions Under MCAA-CbC

The Swiss Official Gazette March 28 published Decision No. RO 2025 214, on the updated list of participating jurisdictions under the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the exchange of country-by-country (CbC) reports. The updated list includes: 1) the Dominican Republic, effective Jan. 1, 2024; 2) Trinidad and Tobago, effective Jan. 1; and 3) Vietnam, effective Jan. 1, 2024.
