The Taiwanese Ministry of Finance April 7 announced an increase in the registration threshold, under Article 6(4) of the VAT and Non-value-added Business Tax Act, for foreign e-commerce operators lacking a fixed place of business in Taiwan, and selling services electronically to resident individuals.
