The announcement explains that: 1) electronic payment can be made through various means, such as online and mobile banking; 2) financial institutions participating in the electronic payment program will waive fees through Dec. 31; 3) taxpayers can continue to pay tax in person at the Tax Office if they already paid three installments, or if they filed online before July 1 and printed a pay slip with a “Tax Counter” notation.
