Thailand Tax Agency Clarifies Input Tax Deduction Procedure for VAT

The Thai Revenue Department Sept. 22 clarified the input tax deduction procedure for VAT. The clarification explains that input tax deductions aren’t allowed on transfers of assets resulting from a joint venture in a liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving terminal project.
