Thailand Tax Agency Further Extends Corporate Tax, VAT Exemption Period for Medical Supplies Due to Coronavirus

The Thai Revenue Department April 26 issued News No. 22/2022, further extending the VAT and corporate income tax exemptions on imported donations of medical supplies to specified government entities or non-profit organizations, between April 1, 2022, and Dec. 31, 2023, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
