Thailand Tax Agency Issues Notification to Claim VAT Refund for Nonresidents

The Thai Revenue Department Sept. 5 issued a notification and form to claim VAT refunds for nonresidents. The notification includes: 1) nonresidents qualified for refund; 2) right to set up agent and procedural requirement to claim refund; 3) exports entitled to refund; and 4) VAT refund form and instructions.
