The Thai Revenue Department Dec. 15 posted online a Ministry of Finance announcement extending e-filing deadlines between Feb. 1, 2021, and Jan. 31, 2024. The announcement includes: 1) e-filing deadlines are extended by eight days for individual and corporate income taxes, the specific business tax, withholding taxes, and VAT; 2) required forms; 3) e-filing and payment deadlines for individuals submitting three equal income tax installments; and 4) taxpayers aren’t allowed to file electronically after submitting paper returns.
