The Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service issued their annual list of regulatory priorities Thursday, covering 193 projects in areas from corporate taxes and employee benefits to financial institutions and products.
The priority guidance plan lists the projects that Treasury and IRS will focus their tax-guidance efforts on from July 2021 through June 2022. The plan doesn’t indicate any deadline for completing the projects.
