The Turkish Official Gazette Dec. 25, 2025, published Presidential Decision No. 10767, setting the digital services tax rate at: 1) 5 percent, from Jan. 1, 2026; and 2) 2.5 percent, from Jan. 1, 2027. The decision enters into force the same date. [Turkey, Official Gazette, 12/25/25]
